Once you are approved for participation, we will send an invoice for 50% of your exhibitor fees which is due immediately to secure your booth space. The balance will be due no later than 30 days prior to Event Date. If the deposit is not paid within 2 weeks of issue date, your booth space will be made available for other exhibitors to secure.
Please check with your bookkeeper or accountant to address any applicable tax issues for the state you will be exhibiting in.
